Premium Steak Box

Calling all steak lovers: Get the best locally grown beef from the St. Croix Valley.  This box includes 10 pounds of various cuts from our famous and tender Ribeye steaks, Tenderloin, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Sirloin, and   Most steaks are 2 to a package, 3/4" thick. 

- 5 lbs. of Premium Steaks - Tenderloin, Ribeye, New York Strip 

- 3 lbs. Sirloin Steaks and Chuck Steaks

- 1-2 lbs. Flank or Skirt Steak

Weather its summer or winter this package will find the right grill, smoker, skillet, or oven. If you need help with any recipes with items that your not so farmilier with....(You, see what I did there. LOL)  just ask. We are here to help.
